
MA - PhD (both in Germany: Comparative Literature, German Philology, Romance Philology); 2003 Jean Monnet Chair ad personam “European Culture”; teaching and research experience at the Universities in Aachen, Bonn (Germany), Navarra (Spain) and International University of Catalonia in Barcelona (Spain). Currently Lecturer and Director of the Postgraduate Unit at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Piura in Peru, and Director of the Institute for European Studies. Since January 1, 2009, President of ECSA-World (European Community Studies Association) and, as such, member of the European University Council, an expert group recognised by the European Commission.
